Skrill and Neteller Casinos UK 2026: Two Sites, Big Limits

Two out of ten UK casinos connected to our system still accept Skrill or Neteller. One of those casinos will pay immediate withdrawals of up to £80,000, the highest instant payout using any of the methods on our site.

The two UK casinos that still take them

Earlier, Skrill and Neteller were considered the best methods to fund your betting account, but now this website has only two out of ten casinos that support them, which is the lowest coverage of all methods we track. Still, the two casinos do not have a small limit. The two casinos actually have the highest limit on the site.

Casino Wallet Deposit range Withdrawal Play
William Hill Skrill £10 – £80,000 £5 – £80,000, immediate Visit
William Hill Neteller £10 – £25,000 £5 – £30,000, 1 working day Visit
All British Casino Skrill £10 – £5,000 general Not published per method Visit
All British Casino Neteller £10 – £5,000 general Not published per method Visit

Only William Hill discloses the limit for each method. The other casino, All British Casino, has an Editorial Payments page with a single general limit that applies until you log in. For now, the limit is around £10 to £5,000.

The £80,000 nobody expects from a wallet

Usually, wallets are the cashier's small limit. PayPal caps out at £5,500 at both casinos that publish a figure. Skrill at William Hill, however, is not acting like that.

It has a published limit of £10 to £80,000 for deposits and £5 to £80,000 for withdrawals, which is instant both ways. It’s more than possible to switch to a different cashier and see the difference.

Method at William HillWithdrawal ceilingSpeed
Skrill£80,000Immediate
Neteller£30,0001 working day
Debit card (Maestro)£40,0004 hours to 3 working days
Debit card (Mastercard, Visa Debit)£33,0004 hours to 3 working days
Pay By Bank£33,000Immediate to 1 working day
Apple PayCard tiers applyImmediate
PayPal£5,5001 working day
paysafecard£99,000, by bank transfer3 to 5 working days

Skrill has an instant payout of £80,000, compared to William Hill's best debit card which has an £80,000 limit but at least eight time longer payout time of three working days. paysafecard has a higher number as well, but it is not a cashout via paysafecard. William Hill will pay via bank transfer, which has a payout time of three to five working days.

This is pertinent to a particular audience: anyone who might win a large amount and wants it in hours. For everyone else, it is just a number that will never be tested, and the rest of this page applies instead.

Skrill and Neteller are not interchangeable

They appear to be the same product with different brand names. At the checkout, they most likely are. On this site, they diverge twice, both times in ways that matter.

At William Hill, Skrill has a deposit limit that is more than double Neteller's, and a withdrawal limit that is almost triple that of Neteller, along with an instant payout which will take one working day to process. There is no explanation on the page; however, both of these values are published, so you make the call.

At All British Casino, the line is more heavily drawn and costs money. This site specifically excludes first deposit Skrill transactions from its welcome offer, along with all other transaction methods, meaning that depositing Skrill results in the loss of 100 cash spins, whereas Neteller, which is listed under the same exclusion section, does not.

The short edition. Use Skrill at William Hill, where its limits are most important. Use Neteller at All British Casino, where Skrill is the name of an exclusion. Getting this the other way means you lose either speed or the welcome offer.

Everything on this page has William Hill’s name on it. It makes a row for each wallet, and the Skrill row is perhaps the most impressive: £10 to £80,000 in and £5 to £80,000 out, instant in and out. There is nothing on this site that pays as much as fast as this, including William Hill’s own debit card, which processes a maximum of £33,000 to £40,000, depending on the card types, within three working days. Neteller, for example, is tiered at £25,000 in and £30,000 out within one working day. However, the catch is that this applies only to the sports section. The casino welcome bonus has no method restriction, whereas the sports bonus includes both NETELLER and Skrill among the nine excluded deposit methods. For 200 Vegas spins, neither wallet bears any cost.

All British lists Skrill and Neteller among its e-wallets along with PayPal, on an editorial payments page with no per-method table, so the general £10 to £5,000 limits are what you go by. It processes e-wallet deposits instantly and aims to clear withdrawals within 24 hours on working days. Then, the split that matters: its welcome offer terms exclude Skrill first deposits by name, and name no other method at all. So Skrill costs you 100 cash spins here while Neteller, which is on the same page under the same heading, does not. It is the sharpest example on the site of an exclusion list being a list of names instead of a rule.

Free at the casino, charged at both ends

Are there fees on these wallets? The answer is casinos don’t charge fees for transactions, which is what users focus on, and what is not charged, which is everything else, is what users aren’t concerned with.

Skrill explicitly states there are no transaction fees for paying a merchant directly from your Skrill wallet or for receiving money into your wallet. Neteller’s fee table also states the same in one line: merchant sites, 0%. So, the deposits into casinos and withdrawals back are free at both.

The money needs to go into the wallet and out of it.

Neteller will implement its bank transfer fee from January 2026, and Skrill has already implemented a minimum fee for every deposit method from July 2024. Neither of these fees will be visible in a casino cashier as neither of these is the casino’s.

One last quote from Skrill’s fees page should also be mentioned because they are the same warnings bet365 has about using debit cards. Using a credit card for gambling may incur a cash advance fee from your issuer, which is beyond Skrill’s control. Credit cards are of course banned for GB gambling, however the fee that issuers charge differently for gambling is true with whatever card you use to load the wallet.

The dormancy fee the casinos gave up and the wallets did not

Most casinos on this site stopped charging you to keep an account untouched. As for the others, the twelve month floor on those unbound wallets is described in greater detail on our dormant accounts page. The wallets haven’t.

Skrill's fees page, no service charge if you login or transact within 6 months; otherwise, a €5 charge per month. This is the only place within this comparison with a 6 month inactive cut-off period.

Grosvenor Casinos12 months, with a 30-day warning"No funds will be deducted"

Therefore, money left in a Skrill wallet is the worst place to leave money in this comparison, and MrQ casinos are the best as they chargeless and clearly state so. If you utilise any wallet, withdraw winnings and don’t let money sit.

Why e-wallets lose welcome offers so often

Amongst the ten casinos, one category of payment methods is excluded from promotions more than any other, and it is this one.

  • Betway makes every GB welcome offer debit card deposits only, which excludes e-wallets as a class.
  • Betfred excludes prepaid cards and e-wallets from its welcome offer by category, not by name.
  • All British Casino names Skrill, and only Skrill, on its exclusion list.
  • Grosvenor Casinos names PayPal and Paysafe on its welcome offer terms.
  • William Hill publishes nine excluded deposit methods on its sports offer, including NETELLER and Skrill. Its casino offer publishes none.

A debit card is the only method that is never excluded anywhere. Therefore, the advice is to apply by debit card, use the method, then switch to another payment method. This is more advisable than any other payment method, as both Skrill and Neteller are named in an exclusion list.

What replaced them

A change from default to only two of ten casinos available often indicates a job loss. Here, we can see what did the job, as most of the casinos that refuse both wallets run the same thing instead.

Seven of the eight casinos that do not take Skrill and Neteller offer an open banking rail. They are Trustly at bet365, PlayOJO, Midnite and Betway, Pay by Bank at bet365 and Betway again, Instant Banking at Betfred, Instant Bank Transfer at Grosvenor and Easy Banking at MrQ. The eighth casino, BetVictor, does not offer either wallets or open banking and consequently has the narrowest cashier in the UK on this site.

For the player these two methods do the same. Cash gets moved from the bank to the casino without the player having to share a card number. The method that charges for the service differs. Open banking provides a free-of-charge money transfer, whereas a wallet way charges you for the service.

bet365 has made the swap of payment methods clear on their GB deposit page, where they offer Trustly, Pay by Bank, PayPal and Revolut Pay. The page also includes a statement that no other e-wallets are offered. The full story of the replacement is provided on the Pay by Bank casinos guide.

The eight that do not take them

Graded by the strength of the evidence, as an absent method is harder to prove than a published method.

  • bet365 is the most explicit refusal on this site. Its GB deposit table names no e-wallet other than PayPal and Revolut Pay, and the page states outright that Skrill, Neteller and crypto are not offered.
  • MrQ publishes a closed list of five methods, PayPal included and neither wallet on it, then states that anything not listed is not available.
  • Midnite names PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard together as methods it does not offer. Its five methods are cards, two wallets tied to your phone and two bank rails.
  • Grosvenor Casinos publishes a complete per-method table with PayPal and Paysafecard on it. Neither Skrill nor Neteller has a row.
  • Betway lists debit card, Trustly, Pay by Bank, Apple Pay and PayPal in its Ways to Deposit article, and its welcome offers exclude e-wallets as a category anyway.
  • BetVictor is the trap again. Neteller has an article in its help centre, but the country list inside covers Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon. The UK is not on it, and BetVictor's UK deposit table is three rows long.
  • Betfred shows Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Instant Banking and Bacs in its published method strip, and its welcome offer separately excludes e-wallets, so a wallet route would fail at both ends.
  • PlayOJO has never confirmed either. Neither appears on its method pages or in its own comparison table, which is an absence of evidence and not a published refusal.

Three of this site's methods, one corporate family

Something you can only see when you read the legal footers: Skrill, Neteller, and paysafecard are not competitors.

Skrill’s legal footers cite Skrill Limited, a company incorporated in England under number 04260907, and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 with firm reference 900001. The same footers state that the Skrill Prepaid Mastercard is issued by Paysafe Financial Services Limited, firm reference 900015. Neteller’s fee table provides further insight from the opposite direction, citing Skrill as a withdrawal option at 3.49%, which is a rate you do not publish for a competitor.

Paysafecard is also part of the family and is issued in the UK by Prepaid Services Company Limited, firm reference 900021. Thus, three out of the seven payment methods on this site lead back to the same group, and all three land in the bottom half of it in coverage: 4 casinos for paysafecard, 2 for these wallets.

Which wallet, which casino

Being in the same family does not make the plumbing free.

Skrill at William Hill

If you transfer money from Neteller to Skrill, expecting an internal free transfer between sister products, Neteller’s fee page values this at 3.49%.

Neteller at All British

The better option for the smaller casino. Skrill is the only name on its exclusion list so Neteller keeps the 100 cash spins which pay real cash with no wagering, and no maximum cash out.

Skrill at All British

The option to avoid. Same wallet, same page, but with Skrill a first deposit is excluded from the welcome offer by name, and Neteller sitting next to it is not.

Neteller at William Hill is the fourth combination, and of the two rows there, this one is clearly the weaker option. A £30,000 ceiling over one working day against Skrill's £80,000 immediately at a casino that publishes both figures side by side.

Skrill and Neteller against the alternatives

These two have a narrow real case. If you have a funded Skrill wallet and want a large payout in hours, William Hill does it on a scale that nothing else here matches. Against that is almost everything else on this page. For the same privacy with none of the fees, Open banking reaches eight casinos, and the debit card reaches all ten without ever costing you a bonus.

Frequently asked questions

Of the ten we monitor, William Hill takes both and publishes different limits for the two, and All British Casino lists both within their e-wallets along with PayPal. bet365 states clearly that it provides no other e-wallet apart from PayPal and Revolut Pay, and Midnite, Betway, Grosvenor and MrQ all publish method lists without them.

The ceiling of £80,000 is the largest instant payout limit any method gets at any casino on our site. It is more than double the William Hill limit on a debit card withdrawal.

At All British Casino, Skrill is. Its welcome offer terms explicitly rule out Skrill first deposits, and name no other method. William Hill’s casino promo doesn’t outline any method restrictions, but William Hill’s sports promo does list the two amongst the nine e-wallets which are banned as a deposit method.

For the casino transaction itself. Both state that paying a merchant is free, as is receiving a payment into the wallet. Charges are around the transaction: funding a Skrill wallet costs 5% at a minimum of 0.50 euro, funding Neteller costs 2.5% on most cards, and then there is a cost of 1.75% at Skrill and 3.50 US dollars at Neteller for moving the money into your bank.

Yes, and it has the shortest window on this site. According to Skrill, no fee is charged as long as a login or a transaction is done every 6 months, and otherwise a 5 Euro fee is charged every month. MrQ charges no dormancy fee and Grosvenor waits 12 months and sends a warning before charging a fee.

Both are regulated by the FCA and are Electronic Money Institutions. Skrill Limited, company number 04260907, with the Firm Reference of 900001, is authorised under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Neither of these transmits your card or bank details to the casino, and this is probably the best reason to use one of them.
