MrQ Review 2026: No Wagering, Ever, and Instant Payouts
"All casinos say they pay quickly. MrQ is the only one that charges itself a tenner if it doesn't."
- Bonuses 4.7
- Payments 4.6
- Games 4.3

01My verdict
"Reviewing ten UK casinos teaches you to distrust the word 'guarantee.' Usually, nothing is guaranteed with that word. MrQ is the only one on the list that has financial incentives for two of its claims and has put those claims in legally binding documents."
"The first claim is speed. MrQ claims it will process your withdrawal in 60 seconds. If they fail to do so, they credit you £10 in cash that you can withdraw. The second claim is wagering. Every casino markets the 'no wagering' promotion at some point; MrQ puts it in general terms that override any specific promotion in the same document."
"What keeps it off the top spot is what it does not publish. There is no game testing or certification page anywhere on the site, the liability cap in their terms is the most harsh I have seen anywhere, and the welcome spins expire in 48 hours, which is half of what anyone else allows."
What won me over
- £10 in cash if a withdrawal takes longer than 60 seconds to process.
- No wagering written into the general terms, which outrank promo terms.
- Welcome spin winnings are uncapped and land as real money.
- No dormancy fees at all, the clearest inactivity clause on this site.
What made me wince
- The 100 spins expire 48 hours after you qualify.
- Liability is capped at the value of your stake, with no floor under it.
- No published game testing or certification page anywhere on the site.
- Five payment methods, and no per-method deposit minimums published.
- UK operator
- Tek Fox Ltd
- UKGC account
- 60629
- Funds protection
- Medium
- Min withdrawal
- £10
- Slots
- Over 1,000, its own figure
- Dormancy fee
- None, stated
02Sixty seconds, or £10
"MrQ puts this on its homepage in letters you cannot miss: 99% of our payouts are instant, and if yours isn't, you win £10. I have read the promotion terms behind it, and the promise stands after the reading."
The commitment is that MrQ will process withdrawals within 60 seconds. Failing to do so results in a cash credit of £10, available after the close of the next business day.
| Situation | Does the £10 pay? |
|---|---|
| MrQ takes longer than 60 seconds to process | Yes |
| Your bank is slow after MrQ has sent it | No, the bank leg is outside the promise |
| Withdrawal held for verification checks | No |
| Your card is expired or blocked by your bank | No |
| You deposited by mobile carrier billing | No |
| Outage, maintenance or third-party disruption | Paused until service resumes |
Pay attention to the second section as this is where marketing and mechanics diverge. MrQ has stated a clear financial incentive to process withdrawals quickly. MrQ, however, doesn’t have control over your bank and their help section clearly states that the vast majority of payments are received in under 2 hours, whereas there are some banks that take up to a full 7 business days to release the funds.
That said, there truly isn’t anything else like it on the site. Grosvenor has a published goal of 15 minutes and is the next best in terms of speed, but if they miss it, nothing happens. Betfred claims to investigate a withdrawal that hasn’t processed in 12 hours. A promise that is attached to a penalty truly sets it apart from the rest.
The exclusion list is lengthy, but everything on it is beyond MrQ’s own processing. This is an appropriate place to draw a line, and it is public, so you can check it before joining.
03The offer, and the clock on it
Deposit £10 to receive 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p each spin. This gives you £10 of play and is the same headline value that Grosvenor and Betfred offer. It is at this point that MrQ truly separates itself.
| Casino | Wagering | Cash-out cap |
|---|---|---|
| MrQ | None | Uncapped, paid as real money |
| Betfred | None | Released once every spin is used |
| Grosvenor | 10x on the winnings | £100 |
The word "uncapped" is crucial here. In MrQ's own footnote, they state that all winnings are uncapped and added to your real money balance, so if you have a good run on those hundred spins, you're able to cash out all of your winnings. Grosvenor's similar offering caps winnings at £100.
Now the real kicker. The spins expire 48 hours after you qualify. Both Betfred and Grosvenor allow 7 days. If you claim on a Friday night and your real life commitments take over the spins, they are lost forever. Go through the rest of the terms now.
All four terms are from MrQ’s own first deposit spins terms.
Why the no-wagering claim is worth more here
There are plenty of casinos out there offering no wagering requirements for one promotion, but wagering requirements for the next. MrQ has made this no wagering requirement policy a company-wide policy and states this in three separate documents. The general terms contain the most important language, stating that all prizes and winnings from its promotions will be paid out as cash, with no wagering requirements and are withdrawable once you have met the £10 minimum withdrawal.
This is located in the same document stating that the general terms shall always take precedence over the individual promotions' terms. The Fair Use Policy states the same thing, as does the "What is MrQ?" page. Outside of MrQ and PlayOJO, no other casinos have no wagering requirements as a standing policy, and MrQ hands you double the spin value.
Sign up and deposit £10 or more. Any of the listed methods work.
Launch Big Bass Splash. The spins are readily available when the game loads.
This offer has a time constraint for you to use all 100 spins in 48 hours, and any that are unused will be cleared.
Withdraw £10, your winnings are real money.
04The cashier
MrQ’s shortest method’s list on my UK Payment comparison is the only casino that publicly closes it. The help pages state that if a payment method is on the list, it is available for use on MrQ. There are five methods, no ambiguity.
Pick a method
Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit, both directions. Credit cards are refused, and MrQ closes the usual loophole in writing: you cannot fund a deposit through an e-wallet where the original source is a credit card. The card must be in your own name.
Accepted in and out, and unlike Grosvenor, using it costs you nothing at MrQ because there is no bonus to be disqualified from. The PayPal account has to be yours: MrQ names family members and joint accounts as things it will restrict. It is the fastest of the UK PayPal casinos we have compared.
The quickest way in on a phone, and the debit card sitting behind it has to satisfy the same rules. MrQ is app-first in a way most of this list is not, with native iOS and Android apps on both stores.
MrQ's name for open banking, run through regulated providers, so you pay from your bank account without handing over card details. This is the rail most likely to hit the 60-second promise end to end, since there is no card network in the middle.
The rules MrQ spells out more clearly than most
| Rule | What MrQ says |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | £10, or email support to clear a smaller balance |
| Withdrawal fees | None |
| Credit cards | Refused, including via an e-wallet funded by one |
| Someone else's card | Refused, family members named explicitly |
| Business accounts | Refused, even if the business is yours |
| Joint accounts | May be restricted or removed |
| Deposit minimum for offers | £10 |
That £10 minimum withdrawal has a carve-out. If your real money balance is less than £10, you can email support and withdraw the full balance. There is no need to let small change balance remain.
05Games and bingo
MrQ has a figure that is appreciated: over 1,000 available slot games. Behind those games are 21 game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Evolution, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick and Red Tiger. There is also Goosicorn, which is MrQ’s own in-house studio.
The lobby is designed simplistically. Games are organised under the sections All, Top, Blackjack, Roulette, Slingo, and Megaways with a search bar placed at the top. The website claims it has no ‘bloated lobbies’ or ‘gimmicks’. They claim to have full RTP statistics available for all games.
The last point is worth a comment. MrQ states that they always choose the highest RTP option avaialable for each game. This is important since many games offer different RTP options, and game providers allow operators to select a lower RTP option. However, this is MrQ’s claim. I cannot verify this from an external perspective. Nonetheless, it is a claim that almost no other operator makes.
MrQ does have Bingo, and there are dedicated 90 ball rooms named Pinch a Penny, Cheap as Chips, and Dab & Disco. There is also a free room called On the House. Players who have deposited in the last 30 days can enter the room and play. MrQ offers a game every 10 minutes and awards free tickets to the individuals who enter the room.
06Five clauses worth reading twice
MrQ’s terms are in line with what others offer, however they do provide a summary of the major points. Here are the five that are notable.
MrQ clearly states that it has a no inactive or dormancy fee policy, and that your account balance will not decrease over time. You regain access to your account by logging in.
Best Least of the ten for you. Grosvenor says no deductions will be made for accounts that are inactive. MrQ doesn’t go into a state of inactivity. 6 of 10 do make deductions and the information is on my dormant accounts page.
If you place a bet and then your internet connection drops, the random number generator will continue to make decisions. The bet will be processed as if it never happened. You can find the outcome in your betting history. MrQ states that if a disruption occurs after a bet is placed and cannot be controlled, then the outcome is the same as what the regulator’s standard for interruptions states should happen.
For you: compare how differently Grosvenor handles this. Any wager that is changed, incomplete, or interrupted will not be counted and the winnings will not be paid.
MrQ states that the maximum liability MrQ will have will be equal to the bets you placed on the game that caused the problem. There is no minimum on that value.
For you: the worst example of this term. Grosvenor sets that term at the greater of the wager or £1,000, so a 20p spin that goes wrong is worth up to £1,000 there and 20p here.
Mistaken funds remain MrQ's property. MrQ can reverse the transaction, freeze an equivalent amount, or recover the amount from your balance. They can reclaim the amount if you have withdrawals. Server records will resolve a dispute regarding what a game actually did.
In industry practice, and MrQ is at least direct about this. This provision seems out of place with the provision above where a bet that you cannot influence stands.
MrQ's Terms of Use were last updated on 27 October 2025. The Fair Use Policy applies to every offer and can result in a loss of funds if MrQ determines that you have breached the Policy. This is written text, version 1, and was last updated on 24 September 2019.
In my opinion, there is nothing unfair. This is where the no-wagering promise is written. Still, a seven-year-old document with a significant amount of control on your account is worth the read.
07Safety and player protection
MrQ is operated by Tek Fox Ltd, and is licensed in Great Britain to offer betting services under account 60629. The Gambling Commission website is the link provided in the footer. Tek Fox is registered in Malta under company number C96152 and is part of the Lindar Media group. Of the ten casinos here, only Midnite is registered in England; most of the rest are located in Gibraltar.
Player money is moved to a separate client funds account, legally obligated to be returned to customers in the case of company failure. The Commission calls that medium protection, and MrQ clearly states the rating. They do not include the “no absolute guarantee” line that Betfred and Grosvenor both volunteer.
All customer complaints should be sent via email with written communication and should be acknowledged within 24 hours. They are required to send a resolution to the customer within eight weeks of the complaint. They are required to communicate the reason for the delay and specify an anticipated resolution date. Unresolved complaints may be submitted to IBAS, and while MrQ does not go the extra mile, they print the full postal address as well as the phone number and email for IBAS within the terms. This is a small, useful addition as most other operators cite the adjudicator and expect the customer to search for the contact information.
The final gap is certifications. MrQ's terms go into decent detail about their random number generator; however, the name of the certification agency is not stated, and there is no fairness or testing page on the site. This does not necessarily mean their games are untested, as a Gambling Commission licence requires independent testing. This does mean MrQ does not disclose who is testing their games, and the requirements of all licensees is stated on my fair game testing page. This is the same gap that Grosvenor has and the exact opposite of BetVictor, who places their audit certificates on the site.
Your description of safe gambling is above average. Including the ability to set drop limits on a day-to-day, week-to-week, or month-to-month basis. You can also reduce limits with immediate effect. An increase would require a 24 hour cooling off period and confirmation. Set limits ranging from thirty minutes to four hours pending a temporary time out or a self-exclusion period. Linked in the footer are GAMSTOP, GamCare, GambleAware, and the Gambling Commission.
08Frequently asked questions
MrQ promises to process a withdrawal request within 60 seconds. Failing to meet that promise results in the player receiving £10 of cash that can be withdrawn, one day business, and within the limits of a single occurrence per player per calendar day. The promise is for MrQ’s withdrawal issuance. The time it takes your bank to process the withdrawal is out of the promise control.
No, the promise is expressed in MrQ’s general terms and conditions. These are more important than the banner and state that prizes and winnings from MrQ promotions are cash awards and can be withdrawn once the cash amount of £10 is met.
Each spin is 10p on the Big Bass Splash game, making the package £10 worth of spins for a £10 cash deposit. There are unlimited winnings and real cash is credited. The time limit on each spin is 48 hours, the shortest time frame we have encountered.
According to MrQ, the accepted methods to deposit are Apple Pay, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Easy Bank Transfer (which MrQ refers to as open banking), and PayPal. MrQ’s help pages also state that if a method is not listed, it is not available. MrQ also states that credit cards (including if an e-wallet is funded by a credit card) will not be accepted.
No. According to MrQ’s terms, MrQ states that it will not charge any inactive or dormancy fees and that the account will remain active as long as it is left alone. It also states that any balance will remain on the account. To get back into the account, one only needs to login. It is the most clear of the 10 casinos reviewed.
MrQ is operated by Tek Fox Ltd and is licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 60629. Player funds are segregated from company funds and are rated medium protection. IBAS is the published adjudicator of player disputes, whose full contact details are in the terms. We could not locate published pages for testing and/or certification for the games.
